Job Summary:

You’ll work with modern technologies, collaborate across disciplines, and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance development speed, quality, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable UI components and frontend libraries to ensure consistency and accelerate future development.
• Implement smooth, performant animations and micro-interactions that enrich the user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
• Provide accurate technical effort estimates and proactively communicate progress, challenges, and risks to the Technical Lead or Delivery Manager.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs in collaboration with backend engineers.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline improvements and actively monitor production environments post-deployment to resolve issues swiftly.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support tasks such as code generation, testing, or performance optimization.
• Proactively explore, evaluate, and integrate new AI-assisted tools into the development workflow to improve efficiency and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and workflows.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in frontend development, AI-assisted design, and user experience.
• Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for components, libraries, and integration patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend or web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (preferably React).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility (WCAG) principles.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
• A problem-solver with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Proven ability to work effectively with modern styling solutions (e.g., Tailwind CSS, styled-components).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Redux.
• Familiarity with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how frontend choices impact search performance.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
