About the Role

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer who is passionate about building beautiful, high-performance web applications. As part of our product engineering team, you will use React.js and Next.js to deliver seamless user experiences across devices. You’ll collaborate with designers and backend engineers to translate UI/UX requirements into scalable, maintainable, and responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user-facing features using React.js and Next.js.
• Create responsive, mobile-first web pages using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries to improve development efficiency.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs to fetch, display, and update data dynamically.
• Optimize web application performance for speed, latency, and user experience.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and deliver high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Perform code reviews, contribute to best practices, and enforce quality standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes — planning, sprint reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues in development and production environments.
• Write and maintain front-end tests (unit, integration) to ensure the reliability of the UI.
• Maintain and evolve front-end architecture, documentation, and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and data-fetching patterns.
• Proven experience with version control (Git).
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization: bundling, lazy loading, SEO, etc.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or frameworks (e.g., SASS, LESS).
• Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
• Experience with component libraries like Material-UI, Chakra UI, or Tailwind.
• Knowledge of test frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and web standards compliance.

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
