Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Mid-level Frontend Developer to join our remote Development team. This role is crucial for crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our innovative web applications, directly impacting user engagement and product success. You will play a key role in translating design concepts into functional, responsive, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and highly responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies, ensuring optimal performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant and efficient frontend solutions, aiming for a 90%+ feature implementation accuracy.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, consistently achieving high Lighthouse scores and delivering an exceptional user experience across various devices and network conditions.
• Actively participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web application projects.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and a deep, demonstrable understanding of React.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Proven ability to implement pixel-perfect responsive designs and efficiently consume RESTful APIs to integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Proficiency in Git version control for collaborative development workflows, including branching, merging, and pull request management.

Technical Skills

• React.js & Next.js: Advanced proficiency in building complex, scalable single-page applications and server-rendered applications with a focus on performance.
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3: Expert-level command for crafting robust, semantic, and visually appealing user interfaces, including pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
• RESTful API Integration: Strong ability to connect frontend components with backend services, handling data fetching, state management, and error handling with asynchronous operations.
• Git Version Control: Proficient in advanced Git operations, collaborative workflows, and resolving complex merge conflicts efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and a commitment to test-driven development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
