Role Overview

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript) to build clean, scalable, and responsive user interfaces for next-generation refinery analytics and renewable-fuel digital platforms. You will work primarily with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to convert complex data, models, and APIs into intuitive, high-performance frontends. 

You will collaborate closely with backend, AI, and design teams to deliver modular components, secure authentication flows, and dashboard experiences that meet global enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive web interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain a scalable SPA architecture
• Build data visualization dashboards and interactive charts for refinery analytics
• Implement client-side routing (e.g., React Router), smooth navigation flows, and contribute to UX enhancements, design reviews, and iterative prototyping
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs with strong data-handling practices
• Handle form validation and user input workflows
• Ensure responsive design principles and mobile-first layouts across devices
• Implement secure authentication and role-based access control
• Use Tailwind CSS (or similar frameworks) for consistent, maintainable styling
• Collaborate with backend, design, and AI teams to deliver aligned features
• Improve performance through memoization, code-splitting, and optimization while supporting rapid development cycles within an agile environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in frontend development
• Solid experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong understanding of SPA architecture and reusable component design
• Experience with state management solutions (Context API, Redux, or React Query/TanStack Query)
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first interfaces
• Hands-on API integration experience (REST / GraphQL)
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar modern styling frameworks
• Experience with JWT-based authentication, token management (storage, refresh, expiry), protected routes, and RBAC
• Strong debugging skills using browser DevTools, understanding of Git workflows and frontend development tooling, with ability to collaborate across teams and participate in end-to-end delivery

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization libraries (Recharts, D3, Chart.js, or similar)
• Performance optimization techniques (virtualization, memoization, lazy loading)
• Animation frameworks such as Framer Motion
• Experience with advanced data grid libraries (AG Grid or similar)
• Basic DevOps awareness (containerized environments, build pipelines)
• Exposure to monitoring and telemetry tools
• WebSocket/real-time data handling experience

Probation Duration: 3 Months

Work Environment

On-site at Old Rally Building, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.

Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM.
