About the Role

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who can turn designs into fast, responsive, and conversion-focused interfaces. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and backend developers to build and optimise websites, landing pages, and dashboards for global clients.

This is a hands-on execution role with absolute ownership, not just UI tweaks.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma / design files into clean, responsive frontend code
• Build and maintain high-performance websites and landing pages
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Optimise pages for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement animations and interactions without performance drops
• Integrate APIs and backend services where required
• Collaborate with SEO and performance teams for technical optimisation
• Fix UI bugs and improve UX based on feedback and data
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code

Tech Stack & Tools

Must Have

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Responsive design and mobile-first development
• CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar)
• Git/version control

Good to Have

• React / Next.js / Vue
• WordPress or Webflow customisation
• Basic understanding of SEO and performance optimisation
• Experience with APIs and headless CMS
• Knowledge of animations (GSAP, Framer Motion, CSS animations)

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of frontend development experience
• Strong attention to UI/UX details
• Ability to translate designs into pixel-accurate interfaces
• Performance-focused mindset
• Comfortable working on multiple projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• CRO and landing page optimisation experience
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity)
• Experience building marketing websites and funnels
• Agency or startup experience
