Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Frontend Developer. The Frontend Developer will work on implementing user interfaces, ensuring responsive web design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Responsibilities also include maintaining and improving the frontend architecture, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting development issues. The role emphasizes innovation and collaboration to create intuitive, user-friendly designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
• Understanding of Web Development and Back-End Web Development principles
• Experience with Software Development and creating user-centered designs
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Ability to work effectively in remote and collaborative environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is a plus
• Fluent communication skills in English 
• Good knowledge in Postgres and GraphQL or willing to learn it fast 
• Ability to balance the use of AI in development
• Experience mentoring team-members 

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years in Web front-end development
• Experience with backend development a plus
• Experience with mobile development a plus 
• Experience with construction industry a plus
