As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a visionary Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and bridge the gap between complex logistics and cutting-edge AI.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality React-based web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Translate UI/UX designs into efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and resolve performance issues and bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in front-end development and React.

Technical Requirements (The "Must-Haves")

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Proficiency in React: Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, Material UI is a plus.
• Languages: Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• State Management: Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
• Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Design: Basic understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles.
