Frontend Developer (React.js & React Native)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Frontend Developer with a strong passion for building modern, animated, and scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React.js and React Native, a strong understanding of state management, and the ability to create visually engaging user interfaces with smooth animations.

Experience Required

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in frontend development

Proven experience working on production-level React.js and/or React Native applications

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, maintain, and scale modern web applications using React.js and mobile applications using React Native

2. ⁠Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend code

3. ⁠Design and implement responsive, mobile-first interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS

4. ⁠Build visually rich experiences using scroll animations, micro-interactions, and motion effects with GSAP and Framer Motion

5. ⁠Implement and manage application state using Redux and/or Zustand

6. Integrate RESTful and third-party APIs using best practices (async/await, Promises, proper error handling)

7. ⁠Optimize JavaScript and React code for performance, scalability, and maintainability

8. ⁠Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness, including:⁠

Lazy loading

Code splitting

Caching strategies

Asset optimization

9. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UI across all devices and screen sizes

10. ⁠Apply frontend security best practices, including:

Input validation

Secure authentication flows

Protection against XSS and CSRF vulnerabilities

11. Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code

12. ⁠Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers

13. ⁠Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in:

Sprint planning

Daily stand-ups

Sprint reviews

Retrospectives

14. Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, animation techniques, and performance optimizations

Required Skills

Strong experience with React.js & React Native

Strong grip on Redux / Zustand for state management

Solid experience with GSAP and Framer Motion

Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)

Creative mindset with a strong eye for UI/UX and modern web design

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
