About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer (React.js & WordPress) with a strong background in creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CSS3, JS, WordPress (WP), React.js, and a proven track record of delivering innovative designs that enhance usability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant UI/UX solutions.
• Optimize existing websites and applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Integrate and customize UI components in WordPress and React.js.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations.
• Solid hands-on experience with React.js and front-end development practices.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and interactive user experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Experience in performance optimization for web applications.
• Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
