Frontend UI Developer / Creative Web Designer (HTML, CSS, Visual Design)

Job Description

We are looking for a Frontend-oriented UI professional with a strong visual sense to help us improve and promote our software products, websites, and digital content.

This role sits at the intersection of frontend development and visual design. Some tasks are code-focused, others are design-focused. Candidates may be stronger in one area than the other, but should be comfortable working with both UI code and visual assets.

You will be working on software products, marketing pages, and brand visuals used across our website and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance frontend UI using HTML, CSS, SCSS / LESS, and Bootstrap
• Apply strong CSS fundamentals:
• DOM structure understanding
• Layout systems (Flexbox, Grid, positioning)
• Colors, spacing, typography, responsiveness
• Create visual assets such as:
• Website hero sections and banners
• Slider images and promotional graphics
• Product description visuals (software products)
• Animated GIF banners for modules and features
• Maintain consistent UI/visual quality across:
• Website pages
• Product pages
• Marketing materials
• Support basic content creation and updates on the website
• Assist with managing and preparing content for social platforms:
• Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, Google Business

Required Skills

• Strong command of HTML & CSS
• Practical experience with Bootstrap
• Good understanding of frontend UI structure and styling
• Ability to design clean, modern visuals using tools such as Canva
• Attention to detail in layout, alignment, and color usage

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
• XML (especially for template-based systems like Odoo)
• Experience with animated GIFs or simple motion graphics
• Experience with any design or UI tools beyond Canva
