The Frontier Finance Learning & Development Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across the entire Finance organization. This role focuses on enabling and coordinating learning experiences that support professional growth, business priorities, and career development for Finance employees. The L&D Manager will work closely with Frontier Finance, Global learning and development teams, and partner with the Finance Career Development Council to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with organizational goals. They will also be accountable for managing key learning platforms, tools, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee Finance-wide learning programs that address skill development, supporting business priorities and employee growth.
  • Work in close partnership with the Frontier Finance Learning Lead to amplify and incorporate technical skilling initiatives into broader Finance learning platforms and programs, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact across the organization.
  • Collaborate with global (WW) learning and development teams to ensure Finance learning strategies are consistent, innovative, and leverage best practices.
  • Manage all Finance learning tools and platforms, including Finance Academy, Finance Learning Paths, Viva Learning, and other enterprise learning solutions, ensuring content is current, accessible, and impactful.
  • Oversee learning reporting and analytics, using data to measure program effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Finance Career Development Council to align learning initiatives with career pathways, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
  • Engage and collaborate with all teams across Finance, acting as a connector to ensure learning needs are surfaced and addressed.
  • Curate and manage content ecosystems to improve discoverability and scale delivery of learning resources.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity and growth mindset by embedding learning opportunities into the flow of work and encouraging participation at all levels.

Qualifications


Required/minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in program/operations management, process management, or process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of driving cross-functional programs within Finance, Finance Ops, or analytics platform teams with demonstrated ownership of metrics, ROB and change management landing at Manager+ level.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with global learning and development teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Viva Learning, and other enterprise learning technologies.
  • Recognized certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP).
  • Proven ability to operate with agility in a dynamic environment, adjusting priorities and approach as needed.
  • Technical fluency with Microsoft platforms used in enterprise learning and Finance scenarios, including:
    • Microsoft 365, SharePoint content architecture, Teams delivery
    • Power BI or Microsoft Fabric for learning analytics and outcome dashboards
    • Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) to streamline learning workflows and capture telemetry
    • Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure AI Foundry

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
