To support our growth and new initiatives in the Dayton area, we’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Frontier Representative to join our team.

As a Frontier Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving customer acquisition, sales performance, and overall brand growth. The Frontier Representative role is a customer-first position—ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with others, solving problems, and making an impact. You’ll represent Frontier’s full suite of products and services, providing tailored sales solutions that fit each customer’s unique needs.

Frontier Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of Frontier’s services.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts, sales transactions, and sensitive data with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the success and expansion of the Frontier brand.
  • Participate in hands-on training sessions to master Frontier’s offerings and enhance your sales and customer expertise.
  • Collaborate with fellow Frontier Representatives to share insights, analyze metrics, and continuously improve performance.

Frontier Representative Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience as a Frontier Representative or with the Frontier sales team is highly desirable.
  • Clear, confident, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to support your colleagues.
  • Interested in telecommunications with a basic understanding of sales tools and technology.
  • Represent the company and our customers with integrity and consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
