As a Frontier Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to generate sales by meeting directly with local homeowners and decision-makers. You’ll use your background in sales and customer service to deliver outstanding experiences that highlight the quality, reliability, and value of Frontier’s products and services.
Core Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Associate:
● Drive sales growth by meeting directly with local homeowners, residents, and decision-makers
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through transparency, trust, and exceptional service
● Conduct in-person consultations to assess customer needs and recommend Frontier’s communication solutions that deliver value and reliability
● Confidently present product options, explain pricing plans, and guide customers through the decision-making process
● Handle objections effectively and negotiate service agreements by emphasizing Frontier’s competitive advantages
● Serve as a trusted consultant, educating customers on the features and benefits of
● Frontier’s high-speed internet, wireless, and home phone services
● Represent the Frontier brand with professionalism and integrity in every interaction to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals
● Contribute to the success of the Frontier Sales Associate team by achieving personal performance targets and supporting a positive, goal-driven environment
What We’re Looking For in a Frontier Sales Associate:
● Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer relations, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals
● Direct experience as a Frontier Sales Associate is highly desirable
● Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
● Excellent organizational skills and commitment to thorough client follow-up before and
after each sale
● Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
● Strong communicator who brings fresh ideas, insights, and innovative solutions to the team
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
