Languages: English & Arabic (Russian / Spanish / Hindi is an added advantage)
Main Job Task- Front Desk & Administration:
-
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, tenants and property owners in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the respective departments (sales, leasing, property management).

Handle walk-in clients and guide them with accurate information related to property listings, leasing and company services.

Maintain proper visitor records and ensure all entries are logged correctly.

Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, documents and deliveries (including property-related documents and contracts).

Proper working knowledge of Tas’heel, Ejari and Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures.

Provide basic information related to available properties, tenancy procedures, Ejari registration and company services.

Coordinate with property management and leasing teams for client, buyer and tenant inquiries.

Assist in scheduling property viewings, client meetings and internal meetings, and manage meeting room bookings.

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document handling (including tenancy contracts and client records).

Ensure proper communication between tenants, landlords, buyers and internal departments.
-
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and ensure timely follow-ups, especially related to leasing and property management issues.

Maintain front office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.

Ensure all calls, messages and requests are recorded and delivered on time, including lead inquiries from property portals.
Answering phones and properly forwarding calls and other administrative/support tasks as necessary.
