Job summary
Join a modern dental practice as a proactive front‑office associate who also supports marketing and AI initiatives. This hybrid role combines patient-facing reception work with content creation, light design, and practical use and development of AI tools and agents to improve workflows and patient engagement.
Key duties
Front‑Office (primary)
- Greet patients and deliver a warm, professional first impression.
- Answer phones, manage messages, and maintain the appointment schedule.
- Maintain a tidy reception area; assist with patient forms, scanning, and record updates.
- Support patient check‑in/out and basic billing communications.
Marketing & AI (secondary)
- Create short-form social content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and capture in-office photo/video clips.
- Do light graphic design using Canva or templates; update website content and coordinate with external partners.
- Create and run email/SMS campaigns.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Bard, etc.) for content generation, drafting messages, and automations.
- Develop and maintain simple AI agents/automations (prompt engineering, workflow automation, integration with scheduling or messaging platforms) to streamline office tasks and patient communications.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required.
- Strong customer service skills and professional phone/email communication.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT or similar); experience building or configuring basic AI agents, prompt engineering, or automation workflows preferred.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly (practice management/scheduling systems, digital forms, patient engagement tools).
- Confident with smartphones, tablets, and cloud systems.
- Reliable in‑person commute to Mountain View, CA.
