Fruit Basket Designer/ Customer Service

Edible Arrangements in Quincy is seeking a motivated individual to fill a Fruit basket designer/ Customer Service position. If you love making people happy, this job us for you! Applicants should be detailed oriented, enjoy working on a team, and take pride in the quality of their work.

Job responsibilities for this hybrid position include:

• Preparing fruit for daily production and designing our beautiful, fresh arrangements and dipped fruit boxes. Training is provided on site.
• Cleaning and conforming to strict food safety standards
• Customer Service: assisting customers with their purchases on phone and in person, educating customers on our various offerings and taking orders using our POS system.

Food service and food prep experience is preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.

Must be able to work independently and part of a team.

Working holidays is mandatory including day before Thanksgiving, December holidays, Valentines Day, Mother's Day and Easter. We are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
