Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting: Carefully selecting and picking produce by hand, often using tools like shears or ladders.
- Quality Control: Sorting produce based on size, color, and quality, while discarding rotten or overripe items.
- Packing and Logistics: Placing fruit into bins, buckets, or boxes, and loading them onto vehicles for transport.
- Efficiency: Working quickly to meet daily or hourly, sometimes piece-rate, quotas.
- Safety and Maintenance: Adhering to food safety, health, and, safety regulations and keeping work areas clean.
