The Role
As a member of our growing Early Years School team, you will contribute to the development of a world-class Early Years phase. You will work closely alongside colleagues to create an outstanding environment which will ensure our school offers the very best international experience for students, delivering learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom which enables students to flourish and thrive. You will teach the core curriculum to your class, including Phonics, Literacy and Mathematics. There are specialist teachers in subjects including PE, Music, Art, French and Arabic. This allows a generous non-contact time for class teachers.
Outside of the classroom, the role of our academic team is to make positive contributions towards our Kent College family that requires a willingness to support the school in admissions, marketing and community events as our school grows in size and stature.
About You
We are keen to hear from exceptional teachers who are passionate about teaching and ready to make a difference to the lives of our children here in Egypt. You will have a positive mindset and will always do your very best for our school community. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will work effectively as part of our team, building strong working relationships with staff, students and parents routed in mutual respect. The flexibility and open-mindedness required to adapt quickly to a fast-paced international environment are essential.

Bringing to Egypt a 135 year old legacy of educational expertise.

We offer an outstanding British Education from Foundation Stage 1 to Sixth Form following the National British Curriculum and IB, providing the same high-quality education to families in Egypt as that offered by the founding school of Kent College Canterbury in the UK. Both schools promote tolerance and respect for others and aim to provide each pupil with an individual educational pathway that will fully prepare them for adult life.
