About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement FSL solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations.
- Customize and extend FSL capabilities including work order management, service appointments, scheduling, and mobile solutions.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in FSL, with expertise in FSL Mobile App customization.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and flows.
- Solid understanding of FSL concepts such as service resources, work orders, scheduling policies, dispatcher console, and mobile app.
- Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II and FSL Consultant certification preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins).
- Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, Experience).
