About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement FSL solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations.
Customize and extend FSL capabilities including work order management, service appointments, scheduling, and mobile solutions.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in FSL, with expertise in FSL Mobile App customization.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and flows.
Solid understanding of FSL concepts such as service resources, work orders, scheduling policies, dispatcher console, and mobile app.
Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II and FSL Consultant certification preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
