DCI Job Requirement for:

Field Support Representative

Location: Erbil, Iraq

Job Description:

Serve as an FSR Operations Analyst

This position requires 90-day deployments to Erbil, Iraq on a reoccurring basis

Must met the requirements to travel to and from Erbil, Iraq in a rotational structure

Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users

Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases

Solve unique and challenging problems

Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs

Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise

Provide desk-side training to analysts

Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting

Staff the Help Desk

• Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues

Provide feedback to the engineering team about product

Answer questions from senior leaders

Qualifications:

BS and 6+ years of relevant experience

• MS and 3+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of experience with no degree

3+ years supporting conventional and/or special military force operations

Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations

Prior experience with Gotham (required)

• Gaia or Foundry experience is a plus

Information management experience including data analysis and data integration

Technical background with working knowledge of:

• HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java
• Hardware, networks, and server administration

Experience training analyst in a classroom or field setting

Information management experience including data analysis and data integration

Salary: $120,000-$165,000

Experience:

• Intelligence analysis: 5 years (Preferred)
• fusion cell: 3 years (Preferred)
• hands-on Gotham: 3 years (Preferred)
• Gaia, Foundry, and/or Maven: 3 years (Preferred)
• coding/programming in Python, Java, HTML, JavaScript, etc.: 2 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Top Secret (Required)
