FT and PT Retail Sales Associate (Herbal/CBD Shop)

Natural Life Riverview, converting to our new entity Lucid Garden, is a locally woman owned boutique wellness, all-natural store (herbs, mushrooms, cbd, thc, sea moss, etc). We have an opening for a full-time weekday associate (30-35 hours) and also a part-time Fri/Sat evening associate (8-10 hours) for sales driven,​ outgoing,​ engaging associates with knowledge of our products required (21+ year old).

I'm working with our other employee on how the schedule will be split for sure, but the full-time role will include most weekdays 11am-7pm. The part time role is Fri 4pm-8pm and Saturday 3pm or 4pm-8pm.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with knowledge and recommendations
- Keeping the shop clean
- Posting on our social media during downtime

The right candidate is friendly, positive minded, quick learner, and can connect with the community assisting and educating them on our products and helping them find the right match. We're looking for someone who has a passion for helping others, excited to learn as we continually bring on new products, and is responsible, reliable, respectful, and can work independently. We also want someone to help post on social media to grow our reach! There is additional downtime that allows you to work on personal items, school, passion projects, etc.
