FT Class A Driver--Appleton based

Job description

McRae’s is a fast-growing, family-owned company based out of West Allis, WI. Our mission is to deliver excellence in transportation services while prioritizing safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

We are now hiring a Full-Time Class A CDL Truck Driver. Successful applicant will be responsible for hauling U.S. mail from the Fox Valley area down to Milwaukee and back up.

FULL-TIME CLASS A DRIVER

Details:

• Monday-Thursday evenings
• Start time: 17: 00 (Appleton parking) Approximate End time: 0600
• Approximately 52 hrs./week
• Start date: soon as possible

Contract Pay Breakdown

• Base pay: $27.74/hr.
• Fringe pay: $5.53/hr. up to 80 hours per pay period. (Medical and/or 401K)
• Holiday pay: We offer 11 paid holidays
• Vacation pays: Eligible after one year of service

Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record.
• No preventable DOT accidents, suspensions, or revoked Driver license in the past 3 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Postal badge.
• Must be able to pass USPS background check.
• No DUI as a moving offense
• No Drug Convictions within the past 5 years.
• Pass a DOT Pre-Employment Drug Test.
• No failed or refused drug screens.
• All male applicants born after 1-1-1960 must be registered with the selective service to get clearance for a U.S. Postal badge.
• Current DOT Medical Certificate.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must have a verifiable job history.
• Predictable and regular full attendance is essential to qualify for this job.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
