Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, polishing, and deep cleaning carpets and hard floors regularly.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow established protocols for janitorial and industrial cleaning to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
• Manage custodial tasks efficiently, including waste removal and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in managing housekeeping inventory and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Support housekeeping management in training new team members and maintaining quality standards across all areas.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to hospitality environments enhances your effectiveness in this role.
• Experience with floor care equipment and industrial cleaning tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of janitorial procedures and safety protocols ensures a safe working environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining cleanliness standards.
