Full-Time Infant Nanny – Streeterville, Chicago

A welcoming family in Streeterville is seeking a long-term, full-time nanny to care for their infant. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who enjoys working closely with parents and being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Some flexibility available for the right candidate
• Flexible start date — family is focused on finding the right fit

About the Role
This position is centered around infant care, with a strong emphasis on partnership and communication. The family is looking for a nanny who is comfortable taking direction and aligning with their parenting approach, while also bringing thoughtful insight and experience.
During the first few months, the nanny will work alongside at least one family member to ensure a smooth transition and shared understanding of care routines.

Responsibilities

• All care related to the infant
• Establishing and maintaining feeding, nap, and daily routines
• Age-appropriate developmental play and engagement
• Diapering, bottle prep, and general infant care
• Keeping baby’s spaces clean and organized
• Infant laundry and tidying related areas

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced with infants
• Collaborative, communicative, and team-oriented
• Comfortable following parents’ lead and care preferences
• Warm, attentive, and reliable
• Interested in a long-term position with the family

Requirements

• CPR certified
• Up to date on Tdap and Flu vaccines
• Driving not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation based on experience -$28-35/hr.
• Guaranteed hours
• PTO offered
