Schedule: Monday–Friday (Live-In) Monday - Friday 11 am - 7 pm Monday- Friday and one night per week (Wednesday or Thursday 11 am/12 noon - 10 pm)
Children: 5 years old and 2.5 years old
Compensation: $35–$45/hour (based on experience)

The Children

• 5-year-old: Bright and curious, currently in speech therapy. Clear and fluent English is essential, as strong verbal modeling is very important to the family.
• 2.5-year-old: Active, engaged, and in a key developmental stage requiring patience and steady guidance.

Responsibilities

• Full childcare during working hours
• School drop-offs and pick-ups (must drive)
• Planning age-appropriate, enriching activities (Montessori-aligned experience a plus)
• Preparing healthy, organic meals and snacks for the children
• Maintaining children’s routines, nap schedules, and structure
• Supporting emotional regulation in a calm, steady way
• Child-related laundry and organization
• Packing for travel and accompanying family internationally as needed

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

• Speaks fluent, clear English
• Has 3+ years of full-time childcare experience in the U.S. (live-in experience preferred)
• Is confident driving (valid driver’s license required)
• Has strong, verifiable references
• Is comfortable in a health-focused, highly intentional household
• Is emotionally steady and can model regulation
• Can lovingly hold limits and maintain consistency
• Is discreet, professional, and respectful of household standards
• Is passport-ready and comfortable with international travel
• Can prepare healthy, nutritious snacks and simple meals for children when needed
• A live out structure is preferred, but for the right candidate the family is happy to have a live in nanny.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
