FT- Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Research Technician is responsible for the performance of clinical procedures as they pertain to a protocol.

SHIFT: Full-Time

Weekend availability required. Flexible schedule options to be discussed during the interview process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform basic medical procedures, including but not limited to vital signs, electrocardiograms, phlebotomy, urine collection, etc.
• Participate in the informed consent process and execution as delegated by the Principal Investigator
• Assist with preparing and serving meals to study volunteers.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed, such as restocking linens, taking out trash, sweeping floors, making beds, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• BLS certification
• Medical Assistant or phlebotomy certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience
