POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Research Technician is responsible for the performance of clinical procedures as they pertain to a protocol.
SHIFT: Full-Time
Weekend availability required. Flexible schedule options to be discussed during the interview process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform basic medical procedures, including but not limited to vital signs, electrocardiograms, phlebotomy, urine collection, etc.
- Participate in the informed consent process and execution as delegated by the Principal Investigator
- Assist with preparing and serving meals to study volunteers.
- Perform general housekeeping duties as needed, such as restocking linens, taking out trash, sweeping floors, making beds, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS certification
- Medical Assistant or phlebotomy certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience
