Full-Time Nanny / Housekeeper / Family Assistant Positions – Organized, Proactive Candidates Wanted

We are working with families seeking capable, reliable individuals who enjoy both childcare and maintaining a well-run home. These roles are ideal for someone who takes pride in working with children while also keeping the household clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Opportunities are consistently available across: Bergen County and Middlesex County, NJ; NYC including Tribeca and the Upper East Side; Westchester (Scarsdale and Armonk); Greenwich, CT; and Long Island, NY, including Great Neck, Roslyn, and Stony Brook.

About the Role

These positions typically combine housekeeping or family support during the day with childcare in the mornings before school and in the afternoons or evenings. Families are seeking someone reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented, who is also warm and interested in building a long-term relationship. You can expect your time to be fairly evenly split between household support and childcare.

Responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and organizing all areas of the home (no heavy/deep cleaning unless specified)
• Laundry and household upkeep
• Preparing simple, healthy meals
• Before and After-school childcare and supervision
• Supporting children’s routines and keeping them engaged
• Managing household tasks proactively

Schedule:

Positions are available as Live-In (typically Monday–Friday) or Live-Out, with schedules such as 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM, or late morning to evening (e.g., 10:00/11:00 AM to 6:00/7:00 PM), Monday–Friday. Some roles may also include optional weekend hours for additional pay or based on occasional family needs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in both childcare and housekeeping
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable and consistent work ethic
• Strong references
• Assistance with meal prep or cooking is a plus in some roles
• Conversational English required
• Driving is a plus for some roles

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25–$45/hour depending on experience
