FT Overnight (11-7:30) CHHA ($17 - $20/hr)

The Center for Hope Hospice & Palliative Care is Central Jersey’s leading provider of hospice and palliative care services. We bring our patients a quality of life that actively supports the individual’s right to live with dignity and comfort. We are looking to expand our team of highly qualified, dedicated full-time Home Health Aides. We have full-time openings that start at $17-20/hr for overnight aides.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide personal care to patients in our unique residences following the established care plan
• Communicate with patients and their family members
• Document care provided to patients at point of care on a daily basis
• Follow infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Current and valid Home Health Aide Certificate
• Have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Must be compassionate and empathetic
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrate medical fitness through a pre-employment physical, rubella and rubeola titers, and TB test
