Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect jewelry pieces.
• Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits of various jewelry items.
• Assist with merchandising and stocking to ensure displays are attractive and inventory is well-organized.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
• Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Support supervising staff by helping monitor store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members.
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in retail settings.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about jewelry features.
• Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a broader customer base effectively.

• Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette for remote assistance or inquiries.
• Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
