Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, a full-service law firm located in Uniondale, is seeking an experienced associate to join our Real Estate and Banking practice group.

Job Description:

• Represent banks, commercial loan transactions
• Represent banks, commercial collections, workouts, foreclosures
• Represent buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Negotiate and draft contracts
• Prepare closing documents and manage closings

Candidate must be currently licensed in New York State; possess strong technical and organizational skills; handle several matters simultaneously.
