FT Resident Care Aide/ Med Tech for 7am - 3pm

```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Technician to join our team. As a Medical Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing direct support and care to individuals. Your responsibilities will include behavior management, dementia care, vital sign monitoring, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Assist with dementia care and support individuals with memory loss
- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the living environment
- Follow established protocols and systems for medication administration
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Skills:
- Experience in behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of dementia care practices
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility limitations
- Proficiency in monitoring vital signs
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Direct support experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Competency in meal preparation according to dietary requirements
- Familiarity with medication administration systems
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
