Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Officers in the Roanoke, VA area. We have 1st and 2nd shift available! This position offers a pay rate of $15.50/hr - paid weekly.

Requirements:

• Current VADCJS Card preferred.
• Prior security, military, and/or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Truck gate experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and means of communication.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
