Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable P/T to F/T Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to help manage the day to day financial operations of our Retail stores. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping our records accurate and our expenses tracked.
Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper/Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Process invoices and other financial transactions.
- Travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Support public accounting functions.
- Ensure compliance with government accounting regulations where applicable.
- Receive and ship out packages from UPS, FedEx, and others.
Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper/Office Assistant Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits, credits, and accounts payable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Word, and Excel.
- 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
