FT/PT Graveyard Bartender

About the Role:

As a Bartender at Crystal Bay Casino, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages while ensuring exceptional guest service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and adhere to all safety and health regulations. This position requires you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often during peak hours, to meet the demands of our diverse clientele. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall guest experience, encouraging repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth for our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.
• Ability to obtain the following licenses:
  • Alcohol Awareness
  • Liquor Permit

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of waste properly.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
