FTTH Field Manager

Overview: We are looking to bring on an experienced FTTH Field Manager for the Fort Worth area.

This is a 1099 position for someone who understands fiber operations, can manage crews in the field, and keep production moving while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• FTTH experience required
• Experience managing field technicians and contractors
• Must know how to read fiber prints and maps
• Must know how to fusion splice
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
• Ability to handle escalations and maintain production timelines
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required

Background Requirements:

• No felonies within the last 10 years
• No misdemeanors within the last 5 years
