Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for outreach to designers, PR firms, and major event organizers to secure exclusive coverage .
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of FTV presenters and executives, setting clear goals and performance metrics .
- Oversee the sourcing and qualification of all leads for event participation, prioritizing high-impact opportunities .
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including top-tier designers, brand heads, and chief event managers .
- Act as a primary senior representative for FTV within the fashion community, potentially leading panels or key interviews .
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create integrated opportunities for brand partners .
- Analyze and report on the team's performance and the ROI of event participation .
