Fuel Delivery Truck Driver

Job Summary
With 20 years as one of the industry’s leading independent fuel distributors in the southeast, Robco Fuels is hiring and in need of an experienced driver with a proven record of safety and quality performance to coordinate, drive, and deliver fuel (mostly non-explosive Diesel) in the Barnesville and Middle Georgia region. Duties

• Safely transport various diesel fuels and fuel products to job sites or bulk facilities
• Load and unload fuel efficiently using appropriate equipment
• Drive assigned routes confidently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Deliver fuel and related products directly to customer locations or designated sites with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in truck driving
• Valid Class A or Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL) with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements, and 5 years experience
• MUST Pass DOT Pre-employment physical and drug screening
• CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
• CLEAN Background Record
• Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and delivery driver responsibilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to transporting hazardous
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.
• Terminal experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
