Fuel Logistics Supervisor

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee daily fuel dispatch and logistics operations
• Ensure timely and accurate coordination of fuel deliveries and driver schedules
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues in real time
• Ensure strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate dispatch, delivery, and operational records
• Provide leadership and direction to support staff and drivers
• Respond to operational needs and emergencies without delay

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or fuel operations preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience required or strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations preferred
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch software
