Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Christmas Wreaths processes. This position involves various tasks related to shipping and receiving, and materials handling.
Primary duties may include:
· Responsible for the processing, printing, and sorting of labels of incoming orders.
· Assist with the organization of the work to meet deadlines.
· Inventory Entry
· Submitting daily invoicing to our clients.
· Oversees the daily order process.
· Ensures and follows company safety practices.
· Any reasonable tasked request by the company.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of fulfillment distribution operations a plus.
· Bi-lingual in Spanish / English speaking skills, a plus.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
· Ability to sit, stand and / or walk for several hours at a time.
· Highly accurate and detailed oriented.
· Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
· Must be able to read and take directions in English.
· Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
