Role Overview

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will support end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy operational execution and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing, tracking, and fulfillment workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory updates, and client requests.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in fulfillment processes.
• Support documentation, reporting, and operational compliance.
• Assist in resolving fulfillment-related issues with professionalism and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain workflows is a plus.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
