Fulfillment Associate - Part-time

This is a day shift position. Monday through Friday availability required. Shift hours are 8:30am to 4pm. Occasional Saturday morning shift may be needed.

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Assistant to help with daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, packaging, labeling, and shipping orders using our in-house fulfillment software.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Print and apply shipping labels accurately using in-house software
• Receive incoming shipments and verify counts against packing lists
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (experience with pallet jack preferred)
• Organize, restock, and maintain a clean work area
• Drop off packages at USPS, UPS, or FedEx locations as needed
• Update shipment and inventory details in the warehouse system
• Communicate any issues (damaged goods, shortages, or shipment delays) promptly
• Follow all company SOPs for packaging, labeling, and documentation

Requirements

• Prior warehouse, shipping, or eCommerce experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
• Able to climb up and down ladders & stairs
• Basic computer skills (label printing, inventory entry)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualities

• Experience using a pallet jack or similar warehouse equipment
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, retail, or logistics
• Positive attitude, dependable, and safety-minded
