Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our regional warehouse. This person will oversee daily logistics, manage inventory, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure our operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong management, organizational, and design sensibilities who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage warehouse and fulfillment teams, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity
  • Oversee daily operations including shipping and receiving, inventory control, staging logistics, and deliveries
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Operations, and Franchise teams to ensure seamless fulfillment processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing warehouse that reflects Set The Stage’s brand and design standards
  • Develop and manage budgets, expense tracking, and performance reports
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for warehouse performance, team productivity, and order accuracy
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate freight and delivery schedules
  • Support the design and merchandising of furniture and accessories for pop-up shops or showroom areas
  • Create and maintain process documentation for consistency and training
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or fulfillment (home furnishings or design industry preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems, warehouse technology, and reporting tools
  • Budgeting and operational planning experience required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Background or interest in interior design, décor, or visual merchandising is a strong plus
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and oversee a physically active environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic ERP/CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
