Job Description

We are on the hunt for a highly motivated and creative mind to join our team as a Fulfillment Editorial Marketer to lead our content-driven marketing initiatives for our paid customers. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled individual who can handle various aspects of paid fulfillment by incorporating marketing tactics to enrich the trading-related content. They should have a joy of writing, a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills... not to mention a vivid interest or love of finance, the markets and retail trading. The Fulfillment Editorial Marketer will be responsible for curating content and marketing to paid subscriber audiences to grow customer engagement and add value to content.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in content strategy, customer journey, and market movement to create impactful customer communication that will add value to our customer base and contribute to our overall business growth. As a Fulfillment Editorial Marketer, you’ll be responsible for sending out options trade alert recommendations to paid customers through a templated online platform, along with producing complimentary content to support context around each trade. You will also need to ensure that all required deliverables are met for all programs you support including, but not limited to, frequency and volume of trade alert recommendations, virtual masterclasses, training sessions for new members, market updates, etc. This includes the logistics necessary to schedule and communicate these efforts to the trade experts as well as the customer base per program. Your content will not only educate and engage readers but also strategically place ads and promotions to maximize the impact of live marketing campaigns and strength the bond we have with our paid customers.

This role requires a strong foundation in organization as well as content writing and marketing strategy, paired with a genuine interest in the stock market, options trading, and market-driven insights. You must understand—or be willing to quickly learn—how headline news, economic events and catalysts, and market volatility impact trading behavior and audience engagement. If you’re not genuinely interested in the markets or committed to rapidly building your trading knowledge, this role is not the right fit for you.

Success in this role is primarily measured by paid fulfillment engagement stats, responsiveness and accuracy handling trade alerts from guru to customers and revenue generated from paid inventory. Core Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy and Creation:
  • Write 5-10 emails a week to members, recapping winning trades, giving special upgrade offers, cross promoting to other programs they may be interested in [mirrored sends].
  • Inserting ads inside our trade alerts pointing members to upgrades or other product promotions.
  • Planning monthly VIP sessions or classes specifically for upgrade opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand voice, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media, and more.
  • Schedule and manage ongoing webinar fulfillment calendar (update “event schedule”) - trade rooms, promotional events, weekly programs, etc.
  • Compose, schedule and send “bonus content sends” for members via email, SMS, telegram, etc.
  • Maintain and update content in member portal to ensure all assets included are up to date and add value to paid subscribers
  • Convert marketing email copy into newsletter ad copy/newsletter issue/ideas for gurus in line with the master marketing calendar.
  • Edit for content, specifically regarding market/trade/options information, compliance and marketing/CTAs.
  • Help plan/coordinate/write emails for publication folds (when applicable)
  • Zoom room hosting/watching all our live webinars (fulfillment classes, editorial show, etc) and writing content up.
  • Taking live recorded classes, uploading them afterwards, uploading them to the website for members, and sending replay video out to members via email, SMS, and Telegram [fulfillment classes].
  • Research and write fulfillment and promotional reports as needed.
  • Paid Promotions & Fulfillment:
  • Design and implement effective paid promotional campaigns to amplify the reach of our editorial content and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Write copy for fulfillment videos and live events as needed.
  • Broadcast trade alerts via email, SMS text and telegram through templated online platform.
  • Write alerts and other email fulfillment for paid services and schedule them for broadcast.
  • Create welcome emails for all new products
  • When applicable, keep public trackers updated for each service; update options’ close price in Links tracker after market close daily
  • Work directly with an external third party auditor to reconcile when he has questions about “odd” trades or tracker-related questions/fixes.
  • The ability to take an edited doc and post an article on the different websites, with the video, and do an occasional push notification via One Signal
  • Audience Engagement:
  • Craft compelling copy for fulfillment videos, live events, and trade alerts, effectively driving engagement and encouraging action.
  • Foster meaningful connections with our audience by sparking conversations, addressing inquiries, and fostering a sense of community around our content.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
  • Utilize tools to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Help identify potential for special renewals, write campaigns [emails, SMS, Telegrams, ads] as needed and process through appropriate compliance channels
  • Content idea generation and watching out for breaking news to share.
  • During webinar sessions with trade expert(s) and customers/audience, interact with room (camera on) to answer questions, engage with content, warm up the room, etc.
  • Longer-term project: Backtest Links options trades with alternative expirations, strikes, etc.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Collect and monitor readership statistics for assigned franchises.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of paid editorial marketing efforts.
  • Utilize insights to refine strategies, optimize content distribution, and improve overall engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and data analysts to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and paid fulfillment events.
  • Coordinate with internal video production team (or on own with software) to trim content and fulfillment videos to include an intro on them and posting on YouTube, and posting recordings in the members’ area/sending the emails.
  • Provide valuable input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Add all relevant info to Pub Matrix as ready-reference sheet throughout the company
  • Prepare new product launches. Make sure email templates, email/sms lists are created and tested prior to launch. Ensure members’ area assets are created/ready for launch.
  • Coordinate with gurus on editorial topics that fit with what they are actively promoting
  • Identify revenue opportunities through innovative campaigns, special renewals, and new approaches, contributing to the financial success of our initiatives.
  • Manage and schedule weekly webinar fulfillment activities, ensuring seamless execution of trade rooms, promotional events, and educational programs.

Requirements:

  • Normal working hours are 9AM-5PM Eastern and this candidate must be available and highly responsive to new trade alerts between the hours of 9:30AM-4:00PM Eastern (market hours), Monday-Friday.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, SMS campaigns, and webinar coordination tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, options trading, and related terminology.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful content-driven marketing campaigns that have resulted in increased brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on editorial content and paid promotions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

What to Expect - Initial 30 Days:

Week 1:

  • Introduction to the team and key stakeholders.
  • Deep dive into our brand, mission, and target audience.
  • Review current content strategy and campaigns.
  • Familiarization with internal tools, platforms and customer-facing products.
  • Initial brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings to gain insights into client expectations and deliverables.

Week 2:

  • Develop a content calendar and draft initial content pieces for upcoming campaigns.
  • Without supervision, be able to send out alerts via email, SMS and telegram.
  • Train on Vimeo environment and posting video content to YouTube (and other necessary platforms)
  • Train on WordPress and work toward posting articles, blogs and maintain member portal starting week 3 (or before).

Week 3:

  • Begin actively participating in webinars and content rotation with marketing pod, working closely with the team on assigned tasks.
  • Take ownership of specific tasks, events and related responsibilities.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Week 4:

  • By the 4th week, the Fulfillment Editorial Marketer should have developed a solid understanding of our company's processes, guidelines, and client expectations. They should be able to work independently on assigned projects, demonstrating proficiency in required tasks/responsibilities.
  • While occasional guidance and input may still be required, they should be capable of delivering high-quality work that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.
  • Travel to home office located near Jacksonville, FL to sit and train with assigned marketing team. (1 week duration, or several days)

What to Expect - Recruiting Process:

  • Step 1: Apply to job posting with resume and cover letter (and samples of editorial content, if available) via Indeed or email ; we will vet resumes to ensure all qualifications are met (24-48 hours upon receipt)
  • Step 2: Prescreen with Company Exec or member from HR (15-30 mins)
  • Step 3: Complete “assessment assignment”: we will provide you with a fulfillment piece and ask you to write a minimum of 3 ads and any other insights you are able to generate from the content (24 hours)
  • Step 4: Zoom video interview with Marketing Manager (30-45 mins)
  • Step 5: Final interview with Publisher (head of marketing, fulfillment and product development), Marketing Pod Manager and other Executive (45-60 mins)
