About the Role

The Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator oversees YIREH’s physical operations. This includes (but is not limited to) inventory management, order fulfillment, stock transfers between our warehouse & retail store, as well as event preparation and execution. This role requires teamwork to ensure smooth functions across multiple departments, but also independence to own the role and proactively improve organization, systems, and processes related to inventory and fulfillment. This role plays a major part in customer perception (the speed of shipping, condition of products, and accuracy of online inventory).

Description of Responsibilities

-Regularly take a full inventory count
-Receive and process shipments
-Organize inventory, event supplies, shipping supplies, and other operational items
-Maintain accurate online inventory
-Maintain a clean and orderly stock room
-Plan, pack, and transfer inventory to & from our retail store
-Process returns and exchanges
-Pack and ship orders (direct to consumer & wholesale)
-Customer communication as needed for out-of-stock items or order changes
-Prepare and pack for market events; work events as needed
-Prepare items for photoshoots as needed
-Use Shopify, Redo, Google Sheets, Asana, and other software regularly as required
-Participate in recordings/photos for Social Media
-Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow across fulfillment operations
