Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities
  • Drive e-fulfillment performance goals, understanding your role in supporting sales growth and overall company profitability.
  • Monitor how operational performance impacts financial and service outcomes.
  • Oversee workload planning and ensure fulfillment operations meet delivery targets and service standards. Adjust resources proactively to meet fluctuations in demand.
  • Review and analyze fulfillment reports to identify operational gaps, trends, and inefficiencies. Develop actionable plans to resolve issues and optimize processes.
  • Create and maintain staffing plans in partnership with HR and ETL, aligning workforce to monthly and weekly operational demand.
  • Maintain expertise in all fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across pick, pack, and ship processes.
  • Lead, develop, and evaluate supervisors and staff, ensuring a high performing, guest focused, and compliant team.
  • Establish clear departmental goals and expectations.
  • Hold managers and supervisors accountable for achieving objectives.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs for all fulfillment staff, closing knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Promote operational best practices to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency while reducing errors and costs.
  • Ensure all operational supplies, tools, and technology are maintained and stocked in a timely manner.
  • Champion a culture of safety, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and

Knowledge

Minimum 5 years experience.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field required.

Professional certification in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or E-Commerce Fulfillment preferred.
