The Role
We're looking for a Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator to own the day-to-day backend of our e-commerce and warehouse operations. You'll run the full flow from order intake to shipment, returns, inventory, and warehouse upkeep and make sure every piece is handled with care and accuracy.
We think of the job in terms of outcomes, not checklists. Done means:.
- All daily DTC and wholesale orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately
- Any order issues, holds, or exceptions are reviewed and handled or clearly escalated
- Inbound deliveries that arrived that day are received, checked in, and put away
- Inventory counts are updated, checked, and reconciled as part of the daily flow
- Back-stock is moved forward, pick bins are refilled, and packing stations are restocked
- Returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries are processed within expected timelines
- Boxes are broken down, trash is taken out, and the warehouse is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next day
This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about the details, and sees things through. We measure success by outcomes, accuracy, and follow through.
What You'll Own
Daily fulfillment
- Create shipping labels and related documentation
- Pick, pack, and ship daily DTC and wholesale orders accurately and on time
- Follow wholesale-specific packing requirements (labeling, packing slips, carton counts, retailer compliance)
- Review order issues including holds, cancellations, address changes, and stock problems
- Ensure orders move out same day or next business day when expected
Returns, exchanges & customer service
- Process returns, exchanges, and replacements
- Respond to customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and fulfillment
- Flag recurring issues, errors, or customer pain points so they can be fixed at the source
Inbound & inventory
- Receive and intake inbound inventory and deliveries accurately, the day they arrive
- Update and reconcile inventory counts daily as part of the normal workflow
- Run weekly cycle counts and support full inventory audits
- Move back-stock forward, refill pick bins, and keep active inventory ready
- Report discrepancies, low stock, or operational issues early
Warehouse & systems
- Keep packing stations stocked, organized, and fully operational
- Break down shipping and inbound boxes, take out trash, and keep the space free of clutter throughout the day
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operationally efficient
- Track shipments, inventory issues, and supply needs
- Create clear end-of-day summaries covering unresolved issues, holds, returns, rejected items, and reorders needed
- Help improve workflows, documentation, and systems to increase speed, accuracy, and accountability
How Success Is Measured
You'll be measured on order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, and how quickly returns and customer messages get handled. We share these numbers openly and review them together so you always know where you stand.
