We are a high-growth, family-owned e-commerce company specializing in sports apparel and gifts. We don't just ship products; we design and manufacture them in-house. We are looking for a Fulfillment Operations Manager who leads from the trenches—someone equally comfortable analyzing KPI dashboards and physically jumping on the production line when the team needs all hands on deck.

This is a high-impact role focused on rebuilding floor morale, mastering our internal systems, and owning the massive scale-up required for our Q4 holiday peak.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Floor: Support and lead a warehouse team of hourly employees and supervisors. You are the key culture carrier on the floor.
• Drive Results: Oversee daily fulfillment for DTC, Amazon, and Wholesale. You’ll set the daily plan and reprioritize mid-day to keep output on track. ⚙
• Master the Peak: Own the Q4 seasonal hiring process, scaling the team from 13 to 50+ people.
• Analyze & Improve: Track KPIs like error rates and order speed. Proactively manage inventory audits (WMS) and staffing recommendations.
• Vendor Management: Handle domestic supplier relationships, ordering, and price negotiations.

Who You Are:

• Proven Leader: You have 5+ years in warehouse/fulfillment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• "Player-Coach": You have a lead-from-the-front mentality. You never ask the team to do something you wouldn't do yourself (including pressing shirts or receiving product).
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) are a must. You are open to using AI and new tech to automate manual tasks.
• Resilient: You thrive in entrepreneurial, "non-corporate" environments where you have to call audibles mid-day.

Schedule:

• Standard: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Q4 Peak (Approx. 5 weeks): Requires extended hours (until 9/10 PM) and half-day Saturdays to meet holiday demand.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
