Fulfillment Operations Supervisor

Position Overview

Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize daily fulfillment operations for high-value trading cards. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and secure handling of premium products while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns)
• Manage a team of 8 employees and up to 6 temporary staff
• Ensure accurate, timely domestic and international order processing
• Maintain warehouse organization and workflow efficiency
• Enforce inventory accuracy and security protocols
• Oversee shipping logistics and carrier performance
• Develop SOPs and improve processes for scalability

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics
• 1–3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with high-value inventory preferred
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
