Position Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. This role requires someone who can work independently without micromanagement, stay proactive, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce and local delivery coffee orders
• Ensure every order meets company quality standards
• Receive and process incoming pallet shipments
• Operate pallet jack to move and organize inventory
• Lift and move 50+ lbs regularly
• Organize shelves, boxes, and storage areas
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and proactively place supply orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Proactive and accountable — does not require micromanagement
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Experience operating a pallet jack
• Warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
