• Order Fulfillment Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the order picking, packing, and shipping process to guarantee accurate and timely customer deliveries.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse, gender-neutral fulfillment team, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor daily workflow, track KPIs, and implement improvements for maximum fulfillment efficiency and minimum order discrepancies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications Fulfillment Supervisor, Supply Chain

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution roles, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide inclusive teams in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center.
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and driving improvements in fulfillment operations.
• Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
